Portfolio 

For my winter project I decided to study Idris Khan. He uses the layering of photographs to create interesting art pieces. I started by taking multiple photographs of a subject. I then edited them, so that they had different amounts of light and different angles. After that I layered them to create lines in the photograph. I started to understand the techniques Idris Khan uses in creating his photography series and mirror them more closely. For my winter project I decided to use humans and architecture as the subject in my photos.

For my winter project I decided to study Idris Khan. He uses the layering of photographs to create interesting art pieces. I started by taking multiple photographs of a subject. I then edited them, so that they had different amounts of light and different angles. After that I layered them to create lines in the photograph. I started to understand the techniques Idris Khan uses in creating his photography series and mirror them more closely. For this series of my winter project I decided to use humans as the subject in a few of my photos. I think most of them were successful in capturing Idris Khans style of photography. However a few of them needed a little more editing.
